  • LeadingAge - LeadingAge is a national leader, uniting a network of communities across the country. Its ongoing quality improvement program, Quality First, provides a philosophy of quality and a framework for earning public trust in aging services. More importantly, our participation is evidence of our commitment to help older adults live their lives to their fullest potential. Through Quality First, Longwood works in partnership with all stakeholders - government, consumers, the people we serve and their families - to create quality of care and quality of life in aging services.
  • LeadingAge PA - This association of non-profit senior services is the state affiliate. It establishes a local network of communities who share ideas and best practices. The organization’s mission is to enhance members’ ability to provide quality services efficiently and effectively. It gives members greater influence by representing them through cooperative action.
  • CARF - Of utmost importance to residents, their families and our staff is the fact that Longwood is accredited by CARF. This organization focuses on both the financial solvency of the retirement community and its operational best practices. The rigorous CARF accreditation process is a means of ensuring quality.
