Our licensed therapists and therapy assistants can provide more attentive, personalized services in Gardenside’s intimate neighborhood environment—the antithesis of a cold, clinical facility. Our team also provides short or long-term care in Outpatient Care, Skilled Nursing, Personal Care, Dementia Care and Longwood’s apartments and Independent Living homes. The Gardenside approach makes residents and their families active participants in the decisions that affect their care; like all aspects of life at Longwood at Oakmont, we empower our residents.
