Care Management for Independent Living Residents.
As an independent living resident, you’ll have your own personal Care Manager, who will get to know your health and wellness needs and desires. Together, you’ll create a plan that connects you, as needed, to helpful resources and wellness services. Your Care Manager can also help you navigate care options and provide referrals to other services that will help you live in your independent living residence for as long as possible.

Personal Care
If there ever comes a time when you need help with daily living activities, you will have priority, on-site access to our Personal Care neighborhoods, Brookwood and Parkview. Personal care provides three-meals per day, support with medication monitoring, personal hygiene, housekeeping, laundry and other services.
Skilled Nursing
If you should ever require Skilled Nursing care, our Medicare-certified Hanna HealthCare offers around-the-clock care in well-appointed private and semi-private rooms, and a complete program of long- and short-term licensed nursing care and rehabilitation services.
Rehabilitation Services
Our Rehabilitation Services include a full range of inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech/language therapies. Our personalized therapies are designed to get you back to your activities and daily tasks as soon as possible.

Dementia Care
Located within the Hanna HealthCare Center, our Woodside Dementia Care neighborhood is known as a Dementia Care Center of Excellence. Woodside emphasizes one-on-one activities and offers therapeutic techniques that reduce the need for medical interventions to enhance quality of life.
